Ms. Reagan has an all-embracing background as a Skin Specialist (esthetician), Makeup Artist and Nail Professional which only adds to her scope of experience in the spa industry as a day spa and hotel spa owner since 1995.    Extensive experience in spa operations, management, retail operations, customer service; the attention to details that make a five star facility spectacular enables Reagan to specialize in branding, marketing and promotions for increasing and retaining clients in the growing spa business.  Reagan also holds key area expertise within the spa that includes compensation, retail operations and incentives for therapists that drive profits of any spa or wellness facility.

She currently owns Bella Reina Spa, www.BellaReinaSpa.com which she created and branded over 1 year ago.  This new venture demonstrates the ability to create spas of any size while maintaining profitability and market share.  Nancy owned N. Reagan Spa (1995-2008), a 14,000 square foot facility, and a hotel “Top 20” spa, before selling and consulting as the Top Spa Bee. (www.topspabee.com). Prior to opening N. Reagan Spa, Nancy worked in various brand and marketing management positions in skincare and cosmetics.  She has studied at the American Institute of Esthetics, the Professional Institute of Electrolysis and Skin Care, and Prescription Plus.  Nancy graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and holds a Masters Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Tennessee.

In 2001, Nancy was selected Delray Beach’s Small Business Person of the year and The South Florida Business Journal’s 2001 Businesswoman Entrepreneur.  Nancy is currently on the governing board of the Delray Beach Medical Center and chairs the Delray Beach Education Foundation.  Numerous articles in Skin Inc, American Spa, the Palm Beach Post, Sun-Sentinel and other publications illustrate additional strengths and skills.

A native of North Carolina, Reagan enjoys all outdoor activities, including sport fishing and golf.  Panama holds a special place for Reagan, as she spends every leisure moment there since 1999, discovering the vast wealth of activities from sport fishing, zip lining, hiking Vulcan Baru and rafting. She and her husband also share other business activities in Propiedad de Paradise, a sport fishing lodge in Panama.
